My house wasn't cooling one time so I submitted a claim to American Home Shield. Their online portal was good and user-friendly. Using it was easy and I managed to submit what was wrong. I submitted payment and they sent me an email saying that I should expect Rapp's Heating and AC to call within 24 hours. Rapp's called within the next few hours and the tech who was sent was perfect. He told me what to expect and what he was doing before he did anything. Overall, I had an excellent experience with AHS.

I've been with American Home Shield since 2015. When we bought this house, the Realtor wanted to do a different company for the home warranty but we told him we had to change them to American Home Shield 'cause we've been happy with the way American Home Shield has taken care of us. When I did a claim in August, the contractor did a really good job. He fixed our toilets. He was professional and efficient. He got it done right. If he needed to have a part replaced, he replaced the part. He didn't just try and piece it together so it would work and possibly break later.
