I moved from Michigan to Tennessee and chose Colonial Van Lines out of the group. I really loved their rep's attitude and his honesty. I was really impressed that even though I wanted to compare other companies, I still came back to them because I liked the honesty that they had. I only had so many weeks before I needed to be in this state and starting work and the services and the expectations set by the moving coordinator were above accurate. It was greater than I thought it would be considering I was in such a haste to move. All the way across the board, the account manager, the coordinator, and the movers were excellent. It was a big move for me and I've never moved out-of-state. They did a really good job in handling my items and I was impressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience with Colonial. They made a tense moment for me very comfortable. I already recommended them to family and friends.

AWESOME good experience. The moving crew was very nice and they were courteous and polite but also friendly. The move itself was extremely fast. I moved from Nashville TN to Santa Clara CA and the move was so smooth. The customer service and the Account manager were tremendously superbbbbbbb in their co-ordination and responses. Thank You Colonial.

I had great customer service. They put me in touch with somebody, direct, as soon as I called in, so I didn’t have to deal with computers. I got to speak with a person and it was great. They laid out from start to finish. They did an estimate over the phone, which was just incredibly accurate. The people that showed up to move me were on top of it. They were in touch with me the whole way and they let me know exactly what was going on, the date of my move, and where my stuff was at. When they delivered, everything was there and nothing was broken. They had it all labeled out and knew exactly what room to put things in. They were the best in everything from top to bottom. I’ve relocated for work a couple of times, and I would go with them every time.
