Start here with Eargo

I have moderate hearing loss in the high frequencies. After checking at least a dozen companies, I decided to purchase from Eargo and I have been very pleased. [They called] me to make sure it was working and that I was getting used to [the device]. I also had direct contact with the audiologist.

I couldn't hear [background noises] and female voices are soft and I had difficulty hearing them. I bought the Max and I like them really well. The interaction with the customer service team was excellent. I like the style of the hearing aids because they're almost invisible. You get a good look and it's so easy to adjust the volume.

I love my hearing aids. I like that you can hear better. It’s like you’re not reading people’s lips. My hearing isn’t that bad, but it’s not great because I was in the Navy and like a knucklehead, I didn't wear protection. Also, my place got broken into and I was sleeping and they almost killed me and they crushed my ear with a gun. It made me have to need the hearing aids more for my left ear than it is for my right ear, but once I put it in, I’m realizing that my right ear needs them just as much. I don’t wear them all the time. But it is the most simple, hidden device that I coulda got into my ear.

Going deaf is more terrible than I imagined. Everything becomes difficult. Now I know why older people get grumpier and grumpier. I've tried one other hearing aid - no help. More trouble not less. I'm new to Eargo but here are the positives: 1. I can barely feel them. 2. They do amplify the sound and suddenly I hear things I haven't heard for years. 3. There is a fix for too much sound... It's called mute. 4. You don't need anything but a hand that slaps you up along the side of your head (over your ear) to change from one program to the other... WOW is that brilliant. 5. For special features and help you have an audiologist as close as the phone and email. She can make program changes on the fly (it's like having a full self-driving Tesla parked inside your ears). I need time to adjust and see how best to work with them. Technology is good but you can't expect to have your 16 year old self back. Adapt and benefit as much as you can. I'm happy!

The communication with Eargo has been great. I haven't always been here to answer the calls but I don't have any complaints. We have finally gotten both devices straightened out and they are working perfectly.

I haven't heard this well in years. As soon as I wake up, I have to put the hearing aids in. I notice the difference when I take them out at night to charge them. I’m afraid of falling asleep with them in my ears so I wind up taking them out before I'm ready to go to sleep so that I can watch TV until I'm ready to go to sleep. The service with Eargo has been great. I've had two follow-up calls that have been super. I have the app on my phone, so I can go in and adjust the hearing aids as needed. I don't even have to take them out of my ears. It’s the best one I’ve spent on in a long time and I am happy with them. I have several friends that have hearing issues, and I’ve recommended it to them already.

My life has returned with the arrival of my Eargo hearing aids. I can now enjoy my family and their visits and be able to hear their stories and jokes and just general conversations. Thank you Eargo for your quality product.

Eargo is a great product, and the quality is real good.

I called Eargo, ordered from them and customer service was super good. I'm a federal employee, so I was able to get a good deal. The cost is negligible and my hearing aids are doing what I want them to do. It's made life better. I don't have to ask people to repeat themselves often. I have recommended Eargo to several people now (people that had $5,000 hearing aids that were very unhappy with them) and they may have already followed through.

Everything was good with Eargo’s customer service. I got the inside the ear style hearing aid and they work well. I can hear better.
