And I have to use a manual wheelchair when I get somewhere. I’m wobbly. I don’t have good balance and I have fallen in the past. I’m accident prone. I had a whole bunch of accidents and it made me feel bad. I got a device from Medical Alert and I’ve had good success with it.

He has hit the button several times and the response is good, but when dad lost the transponder, they had to upgrade him in order to get another one out to him. Still, the people are nice. When they come on the phone, they don’t seem like they’re agitated because they had to call you. I’m satisfied with their product and their service.
