My neighbor had Sunrun install solar panels on his roof, and so I met the salesman. I liked him. He was personable and he offered me a very reasonable contract with them. My biggest question was how it was going to work with the power company, and they made that transparent for me. Signing up was very easy. It was a couple days after I signed up that they came out and did the installation. They were on my roof for one day, and it was up and running. We started in June and my largest energy bill has been $5.38. I’m very happy so far.
Steve of Avon Park, FLI have heard a lot of good things about going solar, and the salesman Vinnie sold me on it. I'm a single father, I'm disabled, I'm collecting off my pension, and my bills were astronomical, especially in the summertime. The installation team was great. They were clean and they had nice personalities. I just had my roof redone, and I asked about where the bolts go, and they answered all my questions about it. I'm happy I went solar. I'm ecstatic.
Vincent of Jackson, NJI was interested in solar energy services because I was gonna put a well in, and I knew that I would be using more electricity because of it. And so, that was a concern, that I knew I was gonna have a higher electric bill. And since I work from the home, my electric bill is higher than it would've been had I not worked out of the home. The enrollment experience that I had with Sunrun was excellent. I went with them because of the leasing arrangement and the fact that I don't own the equipment, which means at the end of the lease, which is 20 years, I don't have it anymore, and I don't have to insure it on my home. So if there are any repairs to that kind of thing, that was a critical factor to me. But customer service was very good. I always had my questions answered correctly and as fast as they could be. I was very pleased.
